Appointments
We understand that your schedule may change and you may need to cancel an appointment. Please inform us within 24 hours if possible by calling (231) 876-6504.

Cadillac Cancer Care Center works closely with several insurance carriers, so we can bill these carriers for you. However, any co-pay, deductible, or co-insurance amount must be paid on the date of service. Arrangements can be made for special circumstances. You will be expected to present your insurance card at each visit.

If you are a new patient, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out patient information forms. Also, please bring your medications with you so we may review them.

If records are needed for your first visit, Cadillac Cancer Care Center will have obtained these ahead of your first visit, have notified you what you need to bring with you, or obtained the records from another office.
